Furniture & Appliance Removal

1. Heavy, awkward and still too good to throw away
The couch that won't fit through the new door, the old fridge in the garage, the dresser nobody wants. We carry it out, and anything still useful heads to a local thrift store.
Big pieces are the hardest part of any move or refresh. They're heavy, they scuff walls on the way out, and charity pickups often turn them down if there's a stain or a wobbly leg.
We take the whole lot in one visit: the good sofa and the tired recliner, the working washer and the one that quit. You point, we lift, and we handle the stairs and the doorframes.
Before anything is hauled off, each piece gets a look. A loose arm or a missing drawer pull is an easy fix, and a fixed piece can go on to furnish someone else's home.
2. Furniture and appliances we haul away
Single items or a whole room, from the curb or from the back bedroom upstairs.
- Couches, sectionals, sleeper sofas and recliners
- Mattresses, box springs and bed frames
- Dressers, tables, chairs, desks, bookcases and entertainment centers
- Washers, dryers, stoves, ranges and dishwashers
- Refrigerators and freezers, including old ones in the garage or shed
- Outdoor furniture, grills and exercise equipment
Good to mention up front. These are handled case by case, so tell us when you text your photos.
- Pianos and organs
- Hot tubs
- Gun safes and other very heavy items
- Anything with a propane tank or fuel still in it
3. How a pickup goes
Most furniture and appliance jobs are quick once we're on site. The planning is the easy part.
- Send photos and where the items are. Upstairs bedroom, back porch, garage: knowing the route out helps Jordan price it right.
- Get your free estimate. Priced by how much space it takes on the trailer and the drive. You'll know the number before we come.
- We carry everything out. We take care in tight hallways and stairwells. You don't need to move anything to the curb first.
- We sort, fix and pass it on. Usable pieces go to local thrift stores, easy repairs first. You get a short note on where the good things went.
4. A wobbly leg shouldn't send a good table to the dump
If a chair needs a new screw or a dryer needs a belt, we fix it first, then donate it. A working piece does more good than a broken one, and it keeps sturdy furniture out of the landfill.
Refrigerators and freezers hold refrigerant that has to be handled properly and never vented. Jordan will tell you how he handles yours when he gives the estimate.

We haul furniture and appliances from Denham Springs to Baton Rouge and the towns between. Find pickup in Denham Springs and Livingston Parish or furniture haul-away in Baton Rouge. One picture per item is plenty for a free pickup estimate.

Furniture & Appliance Questions
